Hassle-Free Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items. To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so we can provide you with the appropriate return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 working days via your original method of payment. Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable, and return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is the result of our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty items).

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are excluded from our returns policy. These include:
